Friday’s the last day to apply for the AMAM Winter Term

Allen Memorial Art Museum

Allen Memorial Art Museum

The practicum in Museum Education, one of the most popular and well-known January term projects on Oberlin’s campus, is going to be on hiatus in January 2010, so January 2009 will be the last chance to take it for two years! This intensive training course is a wonderful way for students to become introduced to the behind-the-scenes work of an art museum. After taking the course, students become Allen Memorial Art Museum docents, and can sign up to lead tours, Sunday object talks, community days, and more. This is a great opportunity, but applications are due to curator of Education Jason Trimmer this Friday! To apply, please download and turn in this form.
